• e)I agree to bear full responsibility for the content of the video to all third parties, including the copyright holders and government authorities.
• f)I undertake to indemnify the site administration for any losses arising in connection with third-party claims against my content.

3. Moderation process

3.1. All uploaded videos are initially placed in the unverified content section and are accessible only via a direct link with a warning about unverified content.

3.2. The administration carries out ongoing moderation and reserves the right to:

• Delete any content without giving reasons.
• Block access for a user who violates the Rules
• Transmit information about illegal content to law enforcement authorities

4. The viewer's responsibility

By viewing content on the Site, the user confirms that:

• a) I acknowledge that the content is created by users, and not by the site's administration
• b) I take personal responsibility for selecting and viewing content.
• c) When viewing unmoderated content, I assume all risks associated with potentially inappropriate, dangerous, or illegal content.
